It looks like a utopia to me. Even though it’s a two-person product, that WIP progress chart and a cycle time of 1 day at the 95th percentile feels like a dream :) Yes, TDD and CI/CD provide the backbone, but how can you be so aggressive with your WIP? Agile is not dead! It just takes huge courage to do the right thing in the right way.
Interestingly enough, I wonder how organizations can afford not to be? It's a habit, just make sure you have a reasonable chance of finishing the same day if you start something :)
It does require discipline, but if this helps a small team, imagine what it could unlock for a bigger team, or at the Portfolio level...
The Cycle Time is low exactly because the WIP is kept so low, there are a few other things, but that is the main ingredient.
